Sofitel and social media strategy


In this article we see the new positioning of Sofitel toward Social Media. The brand has chosen to create more interaction with its clients and potential clients. It is interesting to see that Sofital values the importance of Social Media and its real impact on sales and image. We see that instead of waiting for viewers to come, they directly addressed their followers in order to improve their social media image and use. The result are extremely impressive as Sofitel decided to really use feed back. This created a real interaction with the public and Sofitel can now meet web user's expectations and create a true long term link between the brand and the costumers.
